Have you tried to turn it off and on again?

When you talk to a TaoBao Assistant TvT
[note: everything was typed in chinese]

XX: "This is XX how may I help you?"
Me: "My account is frozen I can't get my password back."
XX: "Please provide your email so I can look in to it."
Me: "xxxxxxx@gmail.com"
XX: "All you have to do is enter your phone number and a confirmation will sent to your phone"
Me: "Yes, I did that but my phone number is an America number and some how I do not get a confirmation when i sent it."
XX: "Then maybe you should try to get a Chinese number."
Me: "..... I'm in America....."
XX: "Then you should make a new account."
Me: "So next time I forget my password again I should just make another new account?"
XX: "If you entered the information truthfully this shouldn't be a problem."
Me: "..... I did enter everything truthfully!..."

Then I left the chat and rated the chat not satisfied, very rude and unhelpful GG.
